Job summary

Pacer Group in Brampton is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations—from initiation through deployment and hyper care. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days a week on-site) and requires 8+ years of PM experience, 3+ years Salesforce project leadership, and PMP certification.

Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, coordinating with SI/vendors, and ensuring data migration, security, and release management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, data migration, security model, platform capabilities, and release management.
• Experience managing System Integrators, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
