Job summary

Publicis Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, coordinating across Marketing, Creative, Product and Development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will steer schedules, resources, and workflows for email programs and customer journeys, while supporting broader digital assets. A strong operational mindset and experience with agile and traditional workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with CRM and digital marketing focus.
• Experience in regulated pharma/healthcare environments (FDA, Veeva PromoMats).
• Knowledge of deployment platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar.
• Understanding of email development workflows (HTML, Liquid, QA/testing, responsive design).
• Experience in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery, including sprint planning and facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with PM tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams across fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Coordinate CRM emails from initiation through planning, production, QA, deployment, and reporting.
• Maintain timelines, resources, budgets, and workback schedules.
• Collaborate with creative, medical/regulatory, and development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Act as primary client contact for daily project status and approvals.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and monitor progress proactively.
• Support sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and day-to-day CRM workflows.
• Maintain program documentation including briefs, timelines, estimates, and deployment logs.
• Ensure compliance and proper routing through tools like Veeva or client systems.
• Partner with PM team to identify resourcing gaps and prioritize work.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
