Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, overseeing a major Salesforce transformation from planning through implementation. You will collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with the CRM roadmap and business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in senior PM roles, proven Salesforce delivery experience, strong governance skills, and PMP certification. Public sector exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior project management experience
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations (Education Cloud or Service Cloud preferred)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, integrations and enterprise platforms
• Proactive risk and issue identification, roadblock removal, and recovery of off-track projects
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex organizations
• Experience with project governance, budgets, schedules, RAID, reporting and delivery metrics

On behalf of our client, TEEMA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives from planning through implementation. This role will lead a major Salesforce transformation while partnering with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with the broader CRM roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Salesforce projects through planning, execution, implementation, and transition.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Manage RAID logs, project health metrics, risks, issues, and change requests, proactively resolving roadblocks before they impact delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, technical resources, and senior stakeholders across a decentralized organization.
• Partner with Salesforce platform leadership to manage technical dependencies and align projects with the long-term enterprise CRM roadmap.
• Drive governance, reporting, stakeholder alignment, procurement, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of senior project management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, preferably Salesforce Education Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, technical dependencies, and enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and recover projects that are off track.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex organizational environments.
• Experience with project governance, budgets, schedules, RAID management, reporting, and delivery metrics.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience working in public sector environments is strongly preferred.
