Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and subject‑matter expert for Salesforce NPSP.
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Act as liaison between Development, Finance, and IT vendors.
• Ensure fundraising data is consistent and audit‑ready.
