As a Data Specialist your contribution will have a lasting impact on the clients we work with. This client-facing position requires strong communication skills, CRM industry knowledge and strong data skills.

You will be working with clients and internal team members to design, configure, implement, and deploy solutions after thoroughly analyzing and understanding the business requirements.

As a Data Specialist, you will work closely with our project team and our clients to identify any data transformation, manipulation and cleansing needs as necessary to migrate data into Salesforce.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Developing a data migration strategy to migrate data from a legacy system into Salesforce.
• Working with the opportunity team to help scope and estimate data migration related activities.
• Analyzing external system data structures and developing integration with Salesforce.
• Conducting data audit, cleansing and de-deduplication projects.
• Designing & developing data integration between legacy systems and Salesforce.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years SQL experience (SQL Server experience is preferred)
• 2+ years experience work with client data integrated into a CRM / Data Warehouse.
• Experience migrating data from a non-profit CRM to Salesforce.
• Salesforce development & SOQL experience an asset.
• Strong experience with an ETL tool.
• Ability to create/recommend a solution based on high-level requirements. (eg, without a detailed specification)
• Experience designing master data management solutions an asset.
• Experience with BI tools an asset

BASE SALARY RANGES

• $80,000 – $100,000 annually

Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Belmar. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year), 5 days per year of sick time, access to ESOP plan, and after 3 months of service – extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
