Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. in Kitchener is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to lead complex marketing automation projects across the SFMC ecosystem.

You will design, implement, and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and integrations with enterprise systems using SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, and Interaction Studio. The role requires Agile delivery, strong security and integration design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Kitchener - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer 360 Audiences.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
• Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.
• Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.
• Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including:
  • Advanced understanding of:
    • Marketing automation technologies
    • SFMC ecosystem and data models
    • Common integrations and third-party technology solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including:
    • Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.
  • Strong understanding of integration and security design principles.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Solid hands-on experience with:
    • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.
    • Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.
