Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Developer to solve complex problems on the Salesforce platform. You will handle custom development, integrations, and data migration, while leveraging AI-assisted engineering and a strong focus on quality.

You will work in a hybrid environment in Montreal, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must have 3+ years SFDC experience, certifications preferred, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems.
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and AppExchange solutions.
• Configuration experience using Salesforce UI.
• Ability to perform automated testing and write unit tests.
• Knowledge of E2E Salesforce development lifecycle and collaboration with engineers.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata).
• Front-end development with Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of integrations and ETL with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Einstein and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• CI/CD for Salesforce services and processes.
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.

Responsibilities
