Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong experience with core Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud.
• Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Experience Builder.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building Salesforce reports/dashboards; working with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience supporting Salesforce apps, troubleshooting issues, and managing support tickets.
• Professional experience collaborating with business stakeholders and North American teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple development and support priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications to support business needs.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solution.
• Develop and manage Salesforce campaigns, including audience management and task templates.
