Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Principal, Salesforce Digital – Canada, based in Toronto, to lead market-facing Salesforce Digital capabilities and partner with Salesforce, clients, and Slalom leadership to identify opportunities and drive growth.

You will shape MarTech solutions across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Loyalty, Experience Cloud, and Contentful, guiding architecture, delivery, and executive engagements with a focus on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, MarTech, or related tech disciplines.
• Deep Salesforce Digital experience across Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Loyalty, and Experience Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Salesforce Digital in the Canadian market and drive sales, pipeline, and revenue growth.
• Lead strategic pursuits from discovery through close and manage executive conversations.
• Shape solutions spanning marketing, commerce, loyalty, experience, data, and AI.
