Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a telephony migration and CRM integration project. You will build, test and deploy solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud, with a focus on Apex, LWC and REST/SOAP API integrations.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, 2+ years with Salesforce, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Fluency in French and working knowledge of English are expected in a collaborative, hybrid Montreal

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in application development, including at least two years with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong mastery of Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Flow Builder, Apex, and Salesforce automations.
• Experience with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
• Proficient with Service Cloud, Omnichannel, Routing and Service Console.
• Develop with Apex including classes, triggers, Batch Apex and scheduled tasks.
• Design Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Excellent communication in French and good English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and expand Service Cloud and Cloud Voice for a telephony migration project.
• Implement a new Salesforce CRM instance with a unified customer record.
