Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably back office.
• Experience with Salesforce and related certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, CBAP or similar certification preferred.

As a Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce knowledge, you will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear documentation and communication of requirements and vision. You will leverage your project experience to analyze business needs, facilitate communication among stakeholders, support project delivery, and act as a positive change agent within the organization.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring requirements are thoroughly documented and add value to the user experience, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Developing relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, conducting training, and supporting user adoption of Salesforce enhancements.
• Monitoring training effectiveness and KPIs to ensure successful change initiatives.
• Maintaining knowledge of the product backlog and translating requirements into digital solutions.
• Supporting project stages from concept to implementation, tracking tasks, and managing communication.
• Supporting testing, implementation, and transition to steady state maintenance.
• Producing artifacts aligned with Scotiabank’s Enterprise Delivery Framework to initiate projects and secure funding.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Effective leadership skills, including ownership during project execution.
• Knowledge of training methodologies tailored to business needs.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience with project lifecycle and methodologies.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and end-to-end product experience.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, CBAP or similar certification preferred.
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably back office.
• Experience with Salesforce and related certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, JIRA/Confluence.
