Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst for a Toronto hybrid role to document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations with a major banking client.

The position is an 11/02/2026 to 04/30/2027 contract with a potential extension, requiring 2-3 days in-office per week. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into user stories, support delivery, ensure risk/compliance alignment, and maintain Salesforce platforms

Qualifications

• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience for Salesforce features and integrations.
• Significant experience working within big banks or equivalent financial institutions.
• Extensive Salesforce platform expertise across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Platform configuration skills to build and tailor out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
• Hands-on experience configuring Financial Services Cloud for user profiles, page layouts, and processes.
• Strong business analysis and planning, translating business needs into technical specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
• Lead day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and governance.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce-based solutions for banking clients and internal users.
• Maintain Salesforce platform availability and performance; resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with Salesforce and related technologies, applying best practices.
