Job summary

FP Inc. in Downtown Toronto is seeking an IT Business Analyst to lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to risk culture, compliance standards, and operational controls.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in-office) and a six-month term. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into specifications and user stories, and help deliver Salesforce and ncino-based solutions for Commercial Customers

Qualifications

• Elicit, analyze and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations.
• Experience with Big 5 banks or equivalent in project delivery.
• In-depth Salesforce knowledge including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Experience configuring Salesforce functionality and user management.
• Proficient in translating business needs into actionable specifications and stories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and refine requirements.
• Lead day-to-day project activities while ensuring risk, compliance and controls.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Design, develop and deliver Salesforce/nCino-based solutions for commercial customers and internal users.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce platform, ensuring availability and timely issue resolution.
• Stay current with Salesforce and nCino technologies and best practices.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
