Job summary

FP Inc. seeks a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to align business needs with scalable Salesforce solutions for commercial banking clients.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, refining user stories, and ensuring compliance with risk and data controls within a complex enterprise environment. Ideal candidates will have in-depth Salesforce experience (FS Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications for development

Qualifications

Must have 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
Extensive Salesforce Platform expertise including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Experience configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality for scalable solutions.
Active involvement in planning and translating business needs into technical specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
Lead and support day-to-day project activities ensuring compliance and controls.
Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for dev teams.
Contribute to design, development, and delivery of software for Commercial customers and internal users.
Maintain and enhance Salesforce platform ensuring availability and performance.
Stay current with Salesforce and nCino tech to improve platform capabilities.
Foster a collaborative environment promoting continuous improvement and risk management.
