Job summary

Cognizant in Canada is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Salesforce project delivery.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, supporting UAT, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Toronto office.

Qualifications

About the role

As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will make an impact by working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing activities, and production validation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support integration requirements, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

What you need to have to be considered

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BA/BSA).
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with the ability to work with business and technical teams on Salesforce initiatives.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce certifications.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Good understanding of integrations.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $65,000pa - $95,000pa CAD. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
