Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Calgary is seeking a Manager, Global Partner Operations to lead a multinational team supporting travel trade partners across hospitality, attractions, transportation and F&B. You will ensure accurate reservations, drive service excellence, and optimize systems in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and experience with reservation platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of reservations management experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and remote-team management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global partner operations team and provide coaching.
• Oversee daily reservation operations including calls, emails, bookings.
• Optimize reservation systems and tools to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to align commercial strategies.
• Prepare reports on KPIs and partner satisfaction.
