Job summary

Trotter & Morton Facility Services is seeking a Selling General Manager in Burnaby, BC to drive annual sales and lead the LINC Service Division. You will manage the sales pipeline, coordinate training, and partner with Safety and Service leaders to ensure execution of the sales strategy.

The role requires a disciplined sales process, business acumen, and strong communication. Benefits include incentives, devices, extensive benefits, and vacation time. Travel may be required.

• Develop annual branch budget and track performance.
• Monitor billing and assist collections.
