Trotter & Morton Facility Services in Burnaby, BC, is seeking a Selling General Manager to lead the LINC Service Division. You will drive a disciplined sales process, manage a funnel, and close solution-based opportunities to meet annual targets.

The role offers a base salary of CAD 120,000–140,000 with incentives, benefits, vacation, and professional development. You will partner with safety, service operations and HR to grow the business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to influence top decision-makers.
• Ability to write and present effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual business plan.
• Manage sales funnel and territory in Burnaby, scheduling first appointments and verifications.
• Coach sales staff on cycle and process.
• Coordinate training schedules with Safety Director and Service Manager.
• Review and renew existing customer agreements; ensure compliance with terms.
• Develop annual budget and monitor expenses.
