Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an Account Executive, Majors to grow our HCM solutions in the Canadian market. You will sell to mid-market companies, engage senior decision-makers, and position Dayforce as the leading HCM provider.

This role requires deep HR, payroll, and workforce management knowledge and a proven HCM sales track record. The ideal candidate will manage opportunities from prospecting to close, maintain CRM data, and coordinate cross-functional resources to win deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience selling HCM software solutions.
• Proven track record of prospecting, developing, and closing HCM business opportunities.
• Experience in consultative sales engagements within HCM or HR technology.
• ERP or other enterprise software experience relevant to HCM sales.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by exceeding quota and expanding Dayforce's HCM value.
• Develop relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders in HR, finance and operations.
• Present compelling HCM business cases and position Dayforce against competitors.
• Lead HCM-focused sales engagements and coordinate resources as needed.
• Negotiate deals within approved framework and maintain accurate CRM data.
