The Role

We are seeking a new Senior Account Manager to provide exceptional Account Management by owning select, high profile OEMs, their Ecosystems, and Engineering Companies within the semiconductor industry. If hired into this role, you will be based remotely in Texas or the Western United States. You will proactively identify and develop New Opportunities, drive product qualification / ramp management, and provide sustaining support for legacy products / market share.

What You’ll Do :

  1. Provide exceptional execution of Entegris objectives by working with Senior Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain personnel within your customer base.
  2. Drive efficient resolutions by engaging Entegris stakeholders to understand and champion Customer needs and Entegris objectives.
  3. Meet financial and strategic objectives as defined by Entegris Management.
  4. Be responsible for creating plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth.
  5. Lead and collaborate with a wide variety of functional groups including Product Management, Field Application Engineering, and Manufacturing to accomplish new product penetration and protection of existing market share within the accounts.
  6. Work closely with Field Application Engineering / Development to ensure evaluations lead to business closure.
  7. Own Customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution, ensuring the benefits of the results are aligned with Customer’s buying motives and presented in a professional manner.
  8. Ensure and provide the right level of technical and application support during Customer qualifications.
  9. Work with Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to promote and execute CIPs to enhance values and efficiencies of existing process solutions.
  10. Conduct regular reviews with customer base to understand their needs and work with stakeholders to devise account penetration / sustaining market share management plan.

What We Seek :

  1. 5-10+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager, working with Tier 1 Customers in the Semiconductor Industry.
  2. Strong track record of success building relationships with all levels of semiconductor customers’ decision making structure.
  3. Strong track record of success. Comfortable calling on all levels of a customer's organizational structure.
  4. Solid knowledge of fluid dynamics and semiconductor wet processing applications, to include cleans, wet etch, photolithography, BCD / PCD, etc.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  6. Excellent written and oral communications in English.
  7. Ability to effectively / persuasively present information and respond to questions.
  8. Ability to travel as needed to OEM's (likely once a quarter).

Outstanding Candidates May Have :

  1. Knowledge of surface preparation, post etch clean, Cu plating, CMP, and Post CMP clean.
  2. Master’s degree in related field.

Salary Range : $150,000-165,000 base salary annually + an annual sales incentive target bonus plan. Actual Base Salary will be based on candidate experience.
