The Territory Manager for our Master Lock brand will generate end-user demand for all Master Lock products, cLOTO software, and services within the British Columbia territory, using a consultative sales approach as a Subject Matter Expert in Safety Lockout and portable security. You will partner with distribution peers on sales enablement opportunities to drive joint calls with end users. You will be accountable for achieving sales goals and increasing market share across all commercial channels in your territory.
The ideal candidate will have successful experience in commercial/industrial sales, be highly autonomous, and able to travel overnight approximately 3-4 nights per month. They should have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships to generate demand.
This remote position is based in the Vancouver, BC area covering the British Columbia territory.

The estimated base salary range is $104,000 CAD - $152,500 CAD. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Employees are eligible for annual bonuses or sales incentives.
