Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead safety, workers' compensation and disability management programs to align with Bethany’s strategy.
Ensure compliance with provincial health and safety legislation and COR retention.
Monitor WCB claims experience and premiums; manage return-to-work and disability processes.
Provide regular training and audits; ensure data accuracy and reporting to management.
