Bethany Care Society is seeking an HRIS & Workforce Analytics Specialist to administer Workday and related systems, ensuring data integrity across the employee lifecycle to support operations and strategic decisions.
In this role, you will design dashboards, generate workforce reports, and translate data into actionable insights. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Scheduling, IT and Finance to drive continuous improvement and smarter staffing decisions.
The HRIS & Workforce Analytics Specialist is responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of Bethany's Human Resources Information System (Workday) while providing workforce reporting and analytics that support operational and strategic decision-making. The position serves as the Human Resources subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring data integrity across the employee lifecycle, supporting leaders through meaningful workforce reporting, and improving HR processes through technology. The role bridges HR systems administration with workforce analytics to ensure the organization has reliable, timely and actionable workforce information.
