Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Senior Risk Lead to drive end-to-end risk management across major energy and infrastructure programs. You will lead risk reviews, develop risk plans, run workshops with stakeholders, and integrate risk with cost and schedule controls.

The role requires 10+ years post-graduate experience, professional RM/PM credentials, and strong modeling skills with Safran/ARM/@Risk. Hybrid work with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience on major projects, preferably Energy and Natural Resources and infrastructure.
• Professional qualifications in risk management (e.g., AACE-DRMP or PRMP, PMI-RMP, ARM, or equivalent) or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable.
• Master's Degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of best practice risk management activities and report to the Director of Risk Management.
• Initiate proactive review, development and improvement of the risk management service.
• Undertake end-to-end project risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes per client requirements and frameworks.
• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular risk reviews and monitor risk profiles.
• Lead qualitative risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) for schedule and cost.
• Integrate risk with cost, schedule, change control and reporting.
• Develop risk response strategies and mitigation processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and knowledge transfer.
• Draft processes and procedures tailored to client needs.
