Job summary

FCC Canada, based in Toronto, seeks a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across major infrastructure projects. You will work with Project Controls, Construction, Engineering, and Safety teams to improve cost, schedule, quality and contract compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction risk management, familiarity with PDB and TP contracts, and proficiency in SAFRAN. The team values proactive risk management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or risk management
• Experience with SAFRAN software and risk analysis methodologies

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks across the lifecycle
• Facilitate risk review workshops and coordinate with risk owners
• Monitor progress and risk indicators; report to the risk manager
• Support cost and schedule risk modelling and mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with project controls including scheduling and cost management
