Skills and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of and experience with technology and security risks/controls.
• Lead efforts to update policies and procedures to minimize regulatory exposure.
• Support the Control Framework to ensure compliance with regulatory, legislative, and operational requirements, including managing deviations and deficiencies.
• Participate in business, governance, and regulatory projects.
• Manage internal audits, information requests, and deficiency governance with strong project management skills.
• Prepare documentation for external regulatory examinations as needed.
• Recommend process improvements for governance of control testing programs, review results, and develop reports on the control environment.
