Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, enhancement, and governance of risk aggregation and reporting across enterprise programs. You will align methodologies with policy frameworks and drive continuous improvement in oversight, data quality, and automation.

The role requires 7+ years of risk, audit, or governance experience and a strong ability to convey complex risk insights to senior management and committees.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree.
• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance, governance and/or project management is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of risk policy frameworks such as SOX 404, COBIT and COSO.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, enhancement, and governance of risk aggregation and reporting.
• Develop enterprise risk appetite and reporting methodologies.
• Manage QA program including metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Produce regular governance reports for senior management and committees.
• Oversee internal controls governance system and framework.
