Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Post-secondary Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related degree.
• Finance experience with risk management and derivatives is preferred.
• Experience in financial modelling including statistics or quantitative metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supports short- and long-term management of structural balance sheet and liquidity portfolio.
• Executes a framework to optimize market risk exposures from interest rate and FX changes.
• Develops hedging strategies to optimize risk-return.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and monitors risk.
• Identifies trends and recommends actions; advises on interest rate, funding, and FX implications.
• Delivers balance sheet insights through data, reporting, and dashboards.
