Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager in Risk Management & Compliance to develop and implement global risk reports, systems, and processes. You will collaborate with IT and risk groups to minimize investment risks and drive effective risk planning across the Enterprise Platform Services landscape.

The role requires deep expertise in IT risk management, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing risk and compliance within Technology Infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in IT Infrastructure-related field.
Experience as a Risk Analyst/Project/Program Manager within IT Infrastructure.
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience managing multiple risk remediation projects.

Responsibilities

Act as a key risk analyst and advisor to EPS risk management teams and IT partners.
Drive qualitative and quantitative risk assessment reviews using IT risk methodologies.
Advise on RBC’s IT Risk framework, policies, standards, and guidelines.
Develop risk metrics and align risk appetite with reporting requirements.
Create and present risk reports for senior management and committees.
