We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst for our Global Revenue Operation Management Team. By analyzing and optimizing operational data, you'll accelerate and improve our decision-making by ensuring access to timely and accurate information. If you love digging into root causes, finding patterns, and collaborating with multiple teams, then this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems.
2. Build clear and insightful reports, improving the reliability, accuracy, clarity, and production time of Go-to-Market reports.
3. Work with functional departments to derive business insights from analytical outputs, formulate recommendations, and present data stories and visualizations.
4. Ensure that business processes support accurate data integrity and implement corrective measures promptly.
5. Collaborate with the corporate data team to design relevant datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
6. Synthesize findings and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
7. Participate in ad hoc projects, such as assessing new business activities or process changes.

What you bring:

1. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate needs into data requirements.
2. Knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
3. Experience driving cross-functional outcomes with stakeholders across IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
4. Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for data, with experience building tools and dashboards.
5. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
6. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Additional qualities:

• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new data systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Attention to data accuracy and integrity.
