Job summary

OpenTable in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support Sales, Services and Analytics programs across the organization.

You will manipulate large data sets, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations to cross-functional partners including executive leadership, sales, marketing, and finance. The role requires strong SQL, Tableau/Salesforce experience, and the ability to build financial models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, operations or strategy.
• Experience with Snowflake or relational databases.
• Strong SQL with ETL design and development.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP; Google Sheets acceptable.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Preset/Superset, Snowflake.
• Experience measuring efficiency and scaling initiatives.
• High energy and leadership to support growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication; documents processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated analytics to support global Sales, Services, and Marketing decisions.
• Prepare analyses and narratives for field sales to senior leadership.
• Translate datasets into insights, dashboards, and reports for the sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Manage relationships with sales leaders and drive initiatives across business segments.
• Handle inbound ad hoc analyses requests from the RSS team and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and BI teams to optimize data and workflows.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and dashboards.
• SFDC data stewardship; dashboard/report upkeep; end-user support.
