Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of property administration and maintenance practices.
• Experience with student housing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to administrative and maintenance staff.
• Manage operating budget and monthly spending.
• Issue purchase orders and manage contractors.
• Oversee property maintenance and administrative management.
• Coordinate client reporting and responses in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Attend meetings and conduct after-hours property manager meetings as needed.
• Process work orders and rent-related tasks.
• Maintain lease administration and tenant liaison responsibilities.
• Conduct annual rent reviews and prepare related documents.
• Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls as needed.
• Other assignments within scope of job.
