Job summary

Skyline Group of Companies seeks a Community Manager to support on-site operations of residential properties. You will handle administrative duties, show properties, process applications, and ensure detailed records of calls, emails, and visits.

Responsibilities include responding to tenant inquiries within 24 hours, addressing concerns, coordinating maintenance, and planning community events to foster engagement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business admin, hospitality or sales required.
• Two years of office administration and customer service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and show units, respond to rental inquiries, process applications, verify references, and close rental agreements with proper records.
• Maintain tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns within 24 hours and coordinating maintenance.
• Be available during working hours and respond to emergencies, plan tenant engagement events to foster community.
