Job summary

Kruger Inc. in Montreal, Canada, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead development, acquisition and execution of renewable energy projects, primarily solar, with potential storage, wind and hydro.

The role includes integrating acquisitions into Kruger Energy’s portfolio and guiding capital projects from conception to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure safety, budget and quality while driving continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• 7–12 years of progressive project management experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, or construction sectors.
• PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating stakeholders through project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage renewable power generation development and improvement projects to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee design, execution, and commissioning of capital projects with internal and external teams.
• Manage integration of acquisitions into Kruger Energy portfolio.
• Ensure safety, budget, quality and reporting across projects.
