Job summary

Bloom is seeking a Sr. Talent & HR Advisor for a contract, remote-first role in Ontario, Canada, with 2-3 days per week engagement. You will co-build and implement people systems, policies, and processes that support inclusive, high-performing cultures while remaining hands-on with daily HR tasks.

Occasional onsite client visits may occur. You’ll lead recruitment for client roles, craft HR frameworks, and coach leaders across client engagements, enabling sustainable growth and strong workplace

Qualifications

• Experience building HR strategies in small to mid-size companies.
• Ability to coach leaders and navigate sensitive conversations with care.
• Strong recruitment skills with an inclusive, human‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for client roles with a focus on inclusive candidate experiences.
• Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes for modern workplaces.
• Advise leaders on hiring roadmaps, culture design, and team dynamics.
• Manage day-to-day HR tasks like onboarding, employee relations, and policy updates.
• Coach founders and managers to develop thoughtful people leadership.
