Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Advisor, Relationship Marketing to lead national campaigns for acquisition, loyalty and retention across Intact Insurance and belairdirect. You will plan, create, execute and assess performance with cross-functional teams.

You’ll develop strategies, manage budgets, and drive outcomes with a focus on collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, presenting insights to leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communications or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in email marketing or relationship marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, results oriented and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Sense of organization and priority management.
• Leadership and teamwork skills; bilingual English/French in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, versioning, production and monitoring of full-funnel marketing campaigns and client communications.
• Manage projects autonomously from brief to final delivery, gathering insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to meet objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Review marketing collateral and coordinate approvals.
• Validate proofs to ensure flawless delivery.
• Track expenses and purchase orders; monitor accordingly.
• Drive creativity while ensuring brand guidelines compliance.
• Assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
