Job summary

FCC is seeking a Senior Loans Analyst, Corporate Financing and Senior Accounts to structure and evaluate lending solutions for major Canadian agrifood clients. You will work with Directors to analyze complex transactions, assess risks, and support strategic decisions in syndicated facilities.

You will develop credit structures, monitor portfolio risk, and collaborate with banks, advisors, and partners to ensure prudent FCC portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in commercial and/or corporate lending.
• Experience analyzing, structuring and recommending complex lending solutions.
• Ability to assess sophisticated financial structures, complex business risks, and risk mitigation measures.
• Experience supporting transactions involving multiple lenders and syndicated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial information and prepare credit recommendations for medium- to large-sized businesses.
• Assess risks across financial, operational, industry and strategic dimensions in Canada and abroad.
• Evaluate and structure lending solutions including syndicated facilities and multi-entity structures.
• Support Relationship Managers and Credit Management by analyzing transactions and terms.
