Job summary

Air Liquide Canada is seeking a Senior Regional FP&A Analyst to join the eastern region finance team in Montréal. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting to support regional operations and strategic decisions.

You will work closely with accounting, sales and operations to deliver accurate monthly results, build robust financial models, maintain the standard costing and budgeting processes, and drive continuous improvements in finance processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in accounting and FP&A in energy sector.
• Proficient with BI reporting tools and Tableau for analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends, key drivers and variances to support regional decisions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this position will play a critical role in the financial management of the region by delivering key financial reports, conducting in-depth analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. Based in Montreal, the analyst will provide business insights through data-driven analysis and forecasts, monitor monthly financial data and collaborate with various teams to ensure financial objectives are met and operational efficiency is optimized.
