Job summary

The Portfolio Group in Toronto is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and build out our Payroll Recruitment divisions. This senior role offers a hands-on, billing-focused leadership opportunity within Canada’s premier payroll recruitment specialist.

You will manage existing client relationships, drive business development, and lead a team with responsibility for appraisals, meetings, and hiring strategy. A front-line, proactive leader is essential to succeed.

The Portfolio Group have an exciting senior leadership opportunity in our Toronto office, for an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up and build out our Payroll Recruitment divisions.

The Role

As a hands on, billing Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing a selection of warm clients while winning new clients through business development / thought leadership / events. You will have full responsibility for managing the existing team including appraisals, team meetings and hiring strategy.
