You should have 1–3 years IT/tech staffing experience, be an outstanding communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to develop deep SAP market expertise under founder mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Place SAP professionals across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other areas into permanent and contract roles.

• Manage candidates through full lifecycle from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Attend daily focus meetings to maintain momentum and hit goals.
• Grow your candidate pipeline to increase commission potential and desk value.
• Report to co-founding leadership with hands-on mentorship from day one.

About the Opportunity

A well-established, specialist SAP recruitment firm with over 2 decades of market leadership is looking for a driven IT Recruiter to join their high-performance team in Toronto.

This is not a generalist recruitment role. You'll join a business that has built an unrivalled reputation in SAP recruitment across North America working directly with enterprise clients to place top SAP professionals into high-profile mandates.

Unlike many recruitment roles, there is no BD split here you keep 100% of your recruitment focus and 100% of your commission on every placement you make. What You Will Do

• Place top SAP professionals across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and more into permanent and contract roles.
• Work directly with enterprise clients, building long-term partnerships based on deep market knowledge and delivery excellence
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact through to offer acceptance and beyond
• Attend daily focus meetings to maintain momentum, keep goals clear, and contribute to a high-performance team environment
• Build your own candidate pipeline over time, increasing your commission rate and long-term desk value
• Report directly into the co-founding leadership team, with hands‑on coaching and mentorship from day one

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within IT or technology staffing
• Hungry, driven, and motivated by results you want to earn and you're willing to put in the work to get there
• A natural communicator sharp on the phone, polished in writing, and confident presenting candidates to senior stakeholders
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where both activity and quality are rewarded
• Coachable and eager to develop deep specialist knowledge within the SAP market

Compensation and Benefits

• Uncapped commission on both permanent placements and contract margin with no BD split
• Strong first and second year earning potential, with significant upside as your desk grows
• 3 weeks annual vacation plus a full Christmas closure through to the New Year
