What will you do?

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will recruit on mid to senior level roles to support Account Managers. In addition, you will bring in new clients to partner with and manage accounts effectively to ensure a smooth process and strong results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment :

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

Target Achievement and Metrics :

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Lead Generation :

• Generate leads and build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Networking :

• Network and establish relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• Minimum of 5 years as a Recruitment Consultant or proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of agency and corporate recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English & French is a definite asset
