• You have the drive to be successful and build out your book of business…we have the support and infrastructure to help get you there!
• Experience running a 360-recruitment desk, filling Banking/Financial positions…from client prospecting and management, to sourcing and assessing candidates, to developing and managing relationships, all to ensure a successful recruitment process.
• You adore the business development process and leveraging a network to bring on new clients.
• You have an innate curiosity to thoroughly understand the needs of the client to ensure a successful placement.
• You get excited about identifying fantastic candidates for great roles for the next step in their careers.
• You are obsessive about building strong relationships and are a true people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
