What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent development
• Genuine passion for personal development and conscious leadership
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relational skills
• Capacity to support others through growth, change, and alignment

What You’ll Be Doing (Training Provided)

• Write and publish aligned recruiting ads
• Interview potential team members based on energetic and cultural fit
• Facilitate thoughtful onboarding processes that build trust and clarity
• Offer mentorship and guidance during the early stages of growth
• Maintain clear communication and organization using our CRM platform

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience in the personal growth or coaching industry
