Job summary

CCI Inc. is seeking a Senior Reclamation & Remediation Specialist to drive the expansion of our Environmental Services in Alberta. The role combines technical leadership, regulatory expertise, and strategic business development with client and regulator engagement.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex projects, and mentor staff while advancing liability management, site closure, and regulatory submissions in Alberta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Agrology, Biology, Geology, or related discipline.
• Professional designation in good standing (P.Ag., P.Biol., P.Geo., P.Eng.) or equivalent.
• 10+ years progressive reclamation/remediation experience in Alberta.
• Experience leading complex multi-disciplinary environmental projects.
• Strong knowledge of Alberta regulations and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, proposals, and opportunity generation in Alberta.
• Provide senior technical leadership and sign-off on reports and regulatory submissions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Advise clients on liability management, site closure, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and promote safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
