Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. is seeking a senior leader to guide the Reclamation and Construction team on complex remediation and construction projects across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with emphasis on reclamation or soil science.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the execution and management of site assessments and reclamation, focusing on the oil and gas industry.
• Eligibility for membership in a relevant professional organization is required.
• Knowledge of the 2010 Reclamation Criteria and Guidelines and Tier 1/2 Remediation Guidelines.
• Knowledge of BC Contaminated Sites Regulation and related manuals.
• Valid, non-GDL Class 5 Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and client needs to develop work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and technical strategies for construction, remediation, reclamation, and closure projects.
• Provide senior technical leadership and support for complex reclamation, remediation, and construction projects.
• Interpret site, regulatory, and environmental data to identify risks, issues, and defensible solutions.
• Plan, organize, and oversee project execution, including field programs, subcontractors, and technical quality requirements.
• Conduct senior technical review of reports, assessments, regulatory submissions, and client deliverables.
• Provide professional sign‑off of technical documents in accordance with professional and corporate requirements.
• Identify technical risks, data gaps, and regulatory issues and recommend solutions.
• Mentor, coach, and support staff in technical execution, report writing, project delivery, and professional development.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, Project Managers, Service Group Managers, clients, and regulators.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, cost estimating, and project risk assessment.
