Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Platform Operations Sr. Analyst in Toronto to ensure the reliability and performance of trading systems. The role supports Nasdaq's Eqlipse Trading platform, with a focus on real-time operations, incident resolution, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

The position offers hybrid work with in-office presence at least 3 days a week and opportunities for growth, with a base pay range and a substantial bonus/equity package as part of total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical or network operations.
• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or related
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and connectivity issue resolution
• Clear communicator with strong problem‑solving skills under pressure

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems in real time and drive resolution to ensure uptime and performance.
• Support daily market operations, including startup/shutdown procedures, updates, and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with clients, network providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with engineering and development teams to address operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
