Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of software development experience with strong backend Java.
• Experience with JavaScript/React and cloud deployments (AWS).
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert guiding technical decisions and best practices.
• Design, build, and deliver scalable, resilient applications.
• Contribute to architecture discussions for secure, performant systems.
• Champion quality with clean code, tests, CI/CD, and automation.
• Mentor teammates and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
• Stabilize and refine large client systems towards production launch.
