Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pre-sale, multi-family real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with disclosure statements and purchase agreements is preferred.
