Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Schedule Manager to lead planning and scheduling for large infrastructure and rail projects. You will supervise a team of Planners/Schedulers and ensure schedules are accurate, risk‑assessed, and communicated to internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients.

The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis with Monte Carlo methods, time‑distance modelling, and managing claims up to CAD 600 million, with a pay range CAD 130,000 to 180,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years of planning, scheduling, and project controls experience on major infra/rail projects.
• Experience with Target Cost Price (TCP) contracts of CAD 700 million or greater and leading 20+ schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Planners/Schedulers across multiple project streams.
• Coordinate schedule updates, risks, and mitigation plans with stakeholders and contractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules with proper scope mapping.
• Perform schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo methods.
• Prepare schedule status reports and Earned Value KPIs.
