Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Program Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for a major airport infrastructure program in Toronto. You will collaborate with project teams to integrate inputs, monitor progress, and highlight delays or conflicts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in schedule planning for large construction programs, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and professional certifications such as PMP or PSP.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling and coordination for major construction/infrastructure programs.
• Certifications such as PMP or PSP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for airport development programs.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate schedule inputs and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure alignment with objectives, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to management and stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate schedule-related meetings and workshops to communicate impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with interface managers and project leads to streamline scheduling processes.
